I used fasttracktci.com for help getting around the airport, it made the whole thing way less stressful. I’m usually loyal to the airline or airport apps because I feel like they’re the safest bet, so I was a little unsure about trying something different. But I get turned around easily in bigger airports, and their directions and support were actually clear and easy to follow. I didn’t feel lost or rushed like I normally do. Overall, it was a really smooth experience, and I’d probably use it again next time.

It was okay overall, like the actual experience worked fine, but the queue situation was a bit of a mess. People didn’t really seem to know where to stand, and the line moved slower than expected. The staff did step in and try to help, which was good, but then there were still moments where everyone looked confused. Could definitely use better organization, though it wasn’t terrible.

It did help us skip some of the immigration line, which was nice, I guess. But we still ended up waiting for a bit, and the staff seemed kind of unsure about what was going on. Overall it was okay, just not totally sure it was worth paying extra for.
